TERMS OF SERVICE

License Agreement for Digital Products:

All digital files available for purchase or distribution on this site are the property of waterfingers.com. By purchasing these products, buyers are granted a non-transferable license to use them for their personal or business projects.

For individuals: You may use the digital products for both personal and commercial projects.
For companies: The digital products may be used internally within the company for commercial and non-commercial purposes related to the business

Reselling, redistributing, or transferring the digital files in any form is strictly prohibited. The purchaser agrees not to use the digital files for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes. Any use of the files that violates applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited. The purchaser agrees not to use the digital files in any manner that could damage the reputation or goodwill of waterfingers.com, including but not limited to, using the files in ways that are offensive, harmful, or disparaging to the brand.

Termination:

Waterfingers.com reserves the right to terminate license(s) if the purchaser violates the terms of the license agreement. In such instances, the purchaser must immediately destroy their copy of the file(s) and cease any further use.

Payment Terms:

REFUND POLICY

We exclusively sell digital products. Once a digital product has been purchased and access is granted, you will have immediate access to the product(s). Due to the nature of digital products and the risk of digital fraud, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been provided. As such, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.
